Relax It’s the Weekend

After a busy week or a great workout you should find ways to relax and recover.  As mothers, wives, employees, etc it is hard to find time for ourselves, but if we don’t take care of ourselves we won’t be able to take care of others.  This Saturday take some time out for yourself and relax and recover.

Here are some tips on relaxing after a stressful day or week:

  1. Fill a hot bath with aromatic bubbles
  2. Eat some favorite and energizing food.
  3. Light some scented candles.

Here are ways to recover/relax after a great work out:

  1. Breathing
  2. Sleeping
  3. Green Tea
