National Women’s Health Week – May 13 -19

This years theme is,  “It’s Your Time”. Which hits the nail on the head for me and P and I’m pretty sure for all of you as well. Let’s take advantage of this week to re-start our healthy lifestyle engines or start them for good.

As women it’s our duty to lead by example. So schedule your preventative screenings and checkups and let’s get active.
