Workout Wednesday: Vision Board

“Write the vision and make it plain on tablets, that he may run who reads it.” Habakkuk 2:2

It would be an understatement to say that I don’t take this scripture literally. I honestly believe that it is much easier to achieve goals if you write them down, post them where you can see them, and tell someone, for accountability.

Yes, you can force yourself to wakeup in the morning to go to the gym. You can drink nasty green juice (Naked green juice is yummy). You can even eat chicken breast the size of a deck of cards for weeks straight. But what happens when working out gets old and you’ve changed your routine a billion times. Then what?

That’s when you take stock of your goals and see how far you have come and how much more you have to go. *Insert vision board here* 🙂 P and I decided a few months back that we would make a healthy lifestyle vision board. We added inspirational quotes, goals, products we love, and most importantly a photo(s) of ourselves when we were at healthier weights. I won’t go in on how comparing ourselves to airbrushed magazine celebs is so mentally taxing…

These are our boards! Feel free to make one for yourself and post it to our FB fan page if you so desire, so we can be accountability partners for one another. Don’t just limit vision boards to fitness. You can make one for every aspect of your life.
