Workout Wednesday : Bootylicious

Happy Wednesday.  Lately I have been seeing and hearing about the Brazilian butt lift so I thought this week we could tone the booty. I have been on a mission to learn how to lift and tone my bottom.  After talking to one of the trainers at work, who I have officially named the Squat Queen  (Allison), she  said that running really does trick but you can do a number of other exercise to help too.
