Workout Wednesday: Planks

In our Love Hate Exercise Post we talked about Planks.  Since I am trying to beat my time of holding the traditional plank for 1.05 mins, I thought we could revisit the benefits of the plank and the different versions of this exercise.

Here is me on Tuesday doing the traditional plank and the moving plank/up and down.
