Motivation

We’ve all heard the phrase, “that’s easier said, than done.” Well my question is, why is that?

In the beginning of all fitness or weight loss goals you must first get out of your own head. You have to retrain your mind and thought process from “I’ll do that tomorrow” to “I can do 15 minutes today and 30 minutes tomorrow.”

YOU ARE YOUR BEST MOTIVATOR AND WORSE ENEMY at that same time.

Do something today, don’t wait until tomorrow!
