What’s in My Hospital Bag

This is my week! Baby Robinson #2 is scheduled to arrive on May 23rd unless he decides to come a few days from now. Which would be ideal since this mama would love to go to a matinée of Fast & the Furious 6.  That’s my movie! 🙂

Either way I have been semi packed since the first weekend in May. *insert hand clap & cookie* 🙂

Here is a little peak inside of my hospital bag. I didn’t take any photos of the baby’s clothes or my husbands. Yes! Everything fits in this one bag because on D-Day J’s multi-tasking abilities go from semi to non-existent in a mere matter of seconds. He literally has a one track mind. 🙂 LOL It’s not a bad thing but I know adding on another bag for him to have to keep up with is not an option – IT WILL GET LEFT BEHIND. LOL

Here’s what’s in my bag:hospital bag2

  1. Toiletries
  2. Basics
  3. Make up essentials
  4. Moroccan oil, hair elastic, extra headband & scarf
  5. PJs, nursing tanks, & bottoms
  6. Pads and nursing pads

Baby Items:

  1. Oneies
  2. First photo outfit
  3. Leave the hospital outfit
  4. 2 Extra outfits just in case for some reason I don’t like outfits 2 & 3 🙂

Husband Items:

  1. Toiletries
  2. Basics
  3. Shorts/Jeans
  4. 2 T-Shirts
  5. iPhone charges (2) – because social media will be his outlet

Yus’ Items:

  1. Big brother gift

Yus will be at the house so he’s within his comfort zone with all his toys and once the baby is born J will most likely sleep at home with Yus. Yus will come to the hospital to meet his little brother and that’s when he’ll get his big brother gift from his little brother. My main goal is to make sure Yus’ constants (school, soccer, swimming) stay constant so the only new thing he’s encountering is his little brother. Which for a 2 almost 3-year-old is a very large variable. 🙂
