All of us have 1 or 2 exercises that we have a love hate relationship with.  I know I do. (burpees and planks to name a few)  They are great for me but I struggle with them.  So for the month of March lets get better at the exercises that we struggle the most with.

Join in on the Challenge
-Pick a few exercises you have a love hate relationship with
-Make an improvement plan (increase plank time)
-Make an IG vid of your now March 1
-Through out the month show how you are practicing and improving your love hate relationship. Post a vid or pics and tag us  #lhe  , #ffm
-March 31 post your results vid and show us whatcha got
